This new years eve we decided that we would take the boats across to moreton island for the long weekend, it turned out to be an awesome idea, we left scarbrough boat harbour at about 4pm and we didn't realise that we had way too much shit in the boat so it was a slower cruise than we had expected.

the infamous inflatable boat dayrl was scared of sharks so he brought this to get to his boat as it was quite a swim from the shore at high tide, it got popped coming back from tangalooma on new years eve

we left the wakeboatding gear at home to save weight but the conditions were perfect so i stole tyrones skim board and made a ski rope and handle from an old axe and some tent rope we had lying around and i had a wakeskate it was had as the skimboard was flimsy and too round

daniels battery died from leaving the anchor light on all weekend so we had to find some jumper leads turns out not many people carry these, to make things worse it pissed down rain and because the battery's were wet we kept getting zapped but we eventually got it started
